Zena D. Zumeta received her Juris Doctor from the University of Michigan Law School. Ms. Zumeta is an approved trainer for Domestic Relations Mediation, Domestic Violence Screening Protocol, and Civil Court Mediation trainings through the Michigan State Court Administrative Office, and for Domestic Relations Mediation training through AFM/ACR and many states.
She is a former board member and president of the Academy of Family Mediators, past president of the Michigan Council for Family and Divorce Mediation, and past Regional Vice President of the Society of Professionals in Dispute Resolution. The greater part of Dayna Harper’s career has been in the field of Alternative Dispute Resolution with more than fourteen years’ experience as an Executive Director of non-profit mediation centers. Dr. Harper has more than more 25 years of experience as a facilitative mediator and is an approved General Civil and Domestic Relations Mediator in the State of Michigan.
Dr. Harper has more than sixteen years’ experience in the field of Training and Development, including four years as an instructor in higher education. She designs and develops training curriculum and conducts seminars and workshops in the fields of Alternative Dispute Resolution and Human Resources. Dr. Harper is a SCAO approved Domestic Relations Mediator Trainer.
Dr. Harper holds a Doctorate of Education in Organizational Leadership (Ed.D) from Argosy University and a Masters of Science Administration, Specializing in Human Resources (MSA) from Central Michigan University. A Bachelor of Science from Oakland University.
