This program is paced to involve and inform you throughout the workshop; past attendees have told us that our training is the best they've ever received. We're confident you'll feel the same about your experience with us.
Through a combination of role play, lecture, simulation, discussion and videotapes of actual mediation, this workshop takes participants through the process of divorce and custody mediation from the orientation session to the completed memorandum of agreement.
Each workshop covers the following:
You'll also receive a comprehensive training manual and ready-to-use forms.
Attendance at each workshop is limited to assure direct feedback and coaching in role plays. We also connect participants to supervision and continuing education programs.
Each attendee is responsible for his or her accommodations and meals. We encourage our attendees to dine together for lunch during the workshop. We recommend you wear comfortable, casual clothing. Since temperature needs vary from person to person, we encourage you to bring several layers of clothing.
